I work with couples who want to bring that spark back into their relationship. If you feel like you are in a rut, like you have low or high libido issues, intimacy shame, relational loneliness, like you have different sexual desires from your partner, relationship depression, anxiety around intimacy or in your relationship, or a desire to explore new aspects of your sexuality? These are all intimacy issues that can be addressed in therapy, allowing you to cultivate a new spark of desire in your relationship with your partner. I am a kink positive and poly-aware therapist here to discuss any intimacy or relational issues that you might feel need to be addressed.
I am passionate about creating a safe and comfortable environment for individuals and couples to talk about some of the most intimate and taboo subjects in our society. Sex should not be a taboo subject. It is an everyday occurrence, like eating or breathing. There are different “tastes.” Like food, sex comes in all shapes and sizes. There is not a single right way or wrong way to create a partnership dynamic. Let’s work together to find out what your perfect combination of “spices” are to make the best “dish” for you and your partner.
Creating positive and lasting change can be hard work, but it is worth it, and I will work hard to help you achieve your goals and dreams. My clients enjoy my sense of humor as well as my direct approach. I am a student member of AAMFT, AASECT, and RMFTN. I am a Delta Kappa Marriage and Family Therapy honors society member and I have been a member of ICF since 2018. I am currently working as an intern to obtain my marriage and family therapy license as well as full certification in AASECT as a sex therapist and full certification as a Gottman Therapist. I have been working with couples and families for the past 5 years as a coach and am happy to be making the switch over to focus on marriage and family therapy and sex therapy. I look forward to meeting you soon.
